Important information about who we are, how credit assistance works, and how to raise a concern.
Who we are
Shinsway Advisory Pty Ltd (ACN 695 271 937, ABN 19 695 271 937) is a credit representative (CR 578761) of Outsource Financial Pty Ltd, holder of Australian Credit Licence 384324. Shin Fu is an authorised credit representative (CR# 578760).
Credit Guide
Before we provide personal credit assistance, we will give you our Credit Guide. It explains our role, the services we provide, how we may be remunerated (including commissions), any relevant associations, and how disputes are handled. Website content is general information only and is not a substitute for the Credit Guide or personal advice.

What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee loan approval or any particular interest rate
- Pre-approval is not a final credit contract
- Lender policies and pricing change and may differ from general market commentary
